Leakage Self-Check Description:
The Leakage Self-Check function automatically detects the leak of the instrument itself to ensure no internal leaks before or during testing. This prevents misjudgments or incorrect results due to issues with the instrument. Use this function when excluding the possibility of leaks in the instrument.
Self-Check Plug Connection Steps:
Confirm that the instrument is off, and clean the test port to ensure it is free of debris or residue.Align the self-check plug with the test port. Refer to the air hose connection steps: remove the nut, slide it over the self-check plug, and tighten with a #13 fixed wrench or an 8-inch adjustable wrench. The connection is complete when the plug is secure and stable.
Once connected, initiate the self-check program. The instrument will test its internal leak. If the self-check result shows “Pass,” the instrument’s leak is verified. If the result is “Fail,” re-test. If it still shows “Fail,” contact after-sales support.
